Service price covers expertise content within the Client-proposed deadline, excluding time for survey, research, investigation, testing, and expert consultation.

Notes on deadline:
1. The deadline is counted in working days from the date the Company simultaneously receives a complete valid dossier and the contractual advance payment.
2. Time for the Client to supplement/amend/clarify the dossier; waiting time for testing, survey, third-party materials, or force majeure is not counted.
3. A deadline request is accepted only after the Company assesses quality assurance, independence and staffing; the Company may decline an unfeasible deadline.
4. If the actual deadline falls between levels, the coefficient of the corresponding range applies.

SECTION IV
Additional Costs & Support Services (C)

The following costs are determined by separate quote or by reasonable, valid actual costs, and arise only after the Client’s written approval:

Field survey, market investigation, purchase or transport of samples.

Measurement, testing, examination, technical analysis at laboratories.
3
In-depth search in paid databases; purchase of documents, standards or judgments.
4
Hiring experts, advisory councils, or specialised translation.
5
Travel, accommodation, transport, certified copies, delivery and third-party costs.
6
Additional paper copies, dossier retrieval; direct explanation, attendance, litigation, or supplementary opinions beyond the contract scope.
